PacificSource is seeking an experienced leader to manage Clinical Care Managers across lines of business. You will hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff while driving program development and ensuring high-quality health services operations.

The role emphasizes supervision, performance reviews, and cross‑department collaboration to meet volume, timelines, and customer service goals. Travel is required about 5% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years clinical experience, including case management.
• Minimum of three years direct health plan experience in case management, utilization management, behavioral health, or disease management.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
