Comagine Health in Oregon seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for care management services. You will oversee service delivery, ensure quality, and coach clinical staff.

The role collaborates across Care Management and Medical Affairs, supports growth initiatives, participates in budgeting, and drives customer outcomes through strong communication and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a social services field is required.
Licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience in care management or related services.
Minimum of 2 years of management experience including financial management.
Experience leading and developing clinical teams.
Ability to manage clinical quality, productivity and performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee high-quality clinical care management and care coordination services.
Lead, coach, train, and develop clinical staff through routine check-ins and development.
Monitor financial performance, staffing, and service delivery within budget.
Contribute to annual budgeting and staffing plans with reporting on key metrics.
Develop and implement clinical guidelines, protocols, and quality practices.
Build strong client relationships and address provider, patient and stakeholder concerns.
Support new business proposals and product development initiatives.
