Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Leaves Client Technology Leader to serve as the primary technical authority for a portfolio of leave administration clients. You will own end-to-end delivery of all client technology initiatives, including configuration, development, integrations, testing, deployments, defect remediation, and stabilization.

You will partner with delivery leaders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Leave Administration products, plan design, configuration, and workflows.
Experience leading configuration and technology delivery within a Leave Administration or related benefits environment.
Experience coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Configuration, Testing, and Operations teams.
Experience managing delivery through Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Proven ability to drive resolution of complex delivery challenges involving multiple teams and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated delivery plans including planning, prioritization, and execution of all client technology initiatives.
Apply Agile and SDLC methodologies to ensure efficient delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Oversee implementation and deployment activities across all technical workstreams and manage risks and timelines.
Translate business rules into detailed technical specifications and configurations.
Partner with clients and vendors to develop scalable solutions for complex business challenges.
Foster relationships with stakeholders and influence cross-functional alignment.
