Job summary

Alfa Financial Software Inc. is seeking a senior delivery professional to lead a workstream on client implementations of Alfa Systems.

You will coordinate with the client, Alfa teams and software engineers to deliver a feature-rich, well-integrated solution for finance operations. The role requires deep experience in Alfa Systems, auto finance knowledge, and proven leadership of enterprise software implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Alfa Systems configurations and deployments.
• Experience in auto finance or equipment finance domains.
• Leadership in enterprise software implementation programs.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into system features and data/reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream on a client implementation of Alfa Systems.
• Coordinate with client side leads, Alfa delivery team and software engineers.
• Manage timelines, resourcing, risks and issues for your workstream.
• Oversee data conversion, cutover planning and post go-live support.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to customers.
