Job summary

Crider Foods seeks a Clean Room Supervisor to oversee Cook Room operations at the Cook Plant in Stillmore, GA. The role ensures fully cooked, ready-to-eat products are produced safely and efficiently, complying with food safety, GMP, sanitation, and customer requirements.

The supervisor leads production teams, coordinates with Quality, Sanitation, Maintenance and Plant leadership to keep the area running, and drives safety, quality, and continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of RTE processing operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and HACCP.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Cook Clean Room department.
• Ensure production schedules are met with food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor production performance and resolve issues to prevent downtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop shift teams and provide training on SOPs and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage labor costs and staffing.
