Job summary

Crider Foods in Stillmore, GA seeks an experienced Clean Room Supervisor to oversee daily Cook Clean Room operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production of ready-to-eat products.

The role directs production teams, monitors line performance, and collaborates with Quality, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Plant leadership to maintain high standards of food safety and quality while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of ready-to-eat (RTE) processing operations.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
• Excellent GMP knowledge and HACCP familiarity.
• Experience leading and coaching production teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing labor efficiency and costs.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Cook Clean Room department.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor production performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Prepare equipment, staffing, and materials for future production needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop first and second shift team members.
• Train employees on SOPs, food safety, quality systems, and safe work practices.
• Develop and mentor Lead Supervisors with necessary tools and support.
• Conduct regular employee meetings on Food Safety, Employee Safety, GMP compliance, and improvements.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and audit readiness throughout the shift.
• Support compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, GMPs, and customer requirements.
