• Ensure production schedules are met with high standards of food safety and quality.
• Monitor production performance and resolve issues to avoid downtime.
• Lead and develop shift teams; conduct regular meetings on safety, GMP, and performance.
• Maintain and improve housekeeping and documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment reliability and downtime reduction.
