Job summary

Crider Foods in Stillmore, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Breading, Batter, Par Fry, and Marination departments. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will coach and develop first and second shift teams, ensure production schedules are met, and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime while maintaining GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. This is a full-time exempt position.

Qualifications

• Breading, batter, par fry, and marination processes knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and HACCP in food manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the breading, batter, par fry, and marination.
• Lead and develop first and second shift production teams.
• Ensure schedules are met while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate maintenance with maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Manage staffing, labor costs, and housekeeping to audit-ready standards.
