Job summary

Crider Foods in Stillmore, GA, is seeking a Clean Room Supervisor to oversee daily Cook Room operations. You will direct production teams, monitor line performance, and ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance while meeting schedules.

You will partner with Quality, Sanitation, Maintenance and Plant leadership, train staff on SOPs and food safety, and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and downtime.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of ready-to-eat (RTE) processing operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and HACCP food safety systems.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing labor efficiency and production costs in food manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred, with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Cook Clean Room department.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining food safety and quality.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues to prevent production downtime.
• Train and develop supervisors and team members on SOPs and safety.
• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with all food safety policies.
