Job summary

Crider Foods in Georgia seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Breading, Batter, Par Fry, and Marination departments, ensuring on-time schedules while maintaining food safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coach first and second shift teams, train operators on SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and downtime.

This role emphasizes safety, staffing, documentation, and audit readiness, with accountability for meeting production goals

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems.
Experience leading breading, batter, par fry, and marination operations.
Ability to coach and develop first/second shift teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily operations of the Breading, Batter, Par Fry, and Marination departments.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining food safety and quality.
Monitor performance and resolve operational issues to prevent downtime.
Train employees on SOPs, food safety, quality systems, and safe work practices.
Drive continuous improvement and lead cost-control initiatives.
Maintain audit-ready sanitation and housekeeping standards.
Prepare staffing and materials to support efficient operations.
