Noor Staffing Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in TX to lead civil design across grading, drainage, water retention, and utilities. You will manage development projects, coordinate with city/state agencies, ensure compliance with codes, and deliver on time and budget.

The role requires a TXPE, 5+ years CAD/Civil 3D experience, and strong hydrology knowledge. Salary range $150k-$200k with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop complete development projects including grading, drainage, water retention, retaining walls, sewer/waste water, roads and utilities.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Evaluate surveys, maps, and plans to identify constraints and develop on-time, on-budget solutions.
• Complete drainage calculations for storm sewer design and hydraulic systems.

Position: Professional Civil Engineer - TX

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary:$150,000 - $200,000 DOE + excellent benefits

Our client has over 100 years of experience, specializing in land surveying and engineering nationwide. They offer civil engineering, land surveying, environmental science permitting, landscape architecture, and construction management and inspection services. They are looking for a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in TX to join their fastest growing team in Dallas. You will be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines for projects you oversee.

Requirements

• A valid PE in TX. Multiple state licensures being a plus.
• Must be able to work in office.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
• Knowledge of hydrology and hydraulics to put together drainage reports
• At least five years of relevant Civil 3D or CAD design experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HEC-RAS is a plus
• BS/MA in Civil Engineering or relevant field

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop complete sets of development projects involving grading, drainage, water retention, retaining walls, sewer/ waste water, road/ transportation, site layout, and utilities on site design projects.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials to identify potential project constraints and the best approach for developing and completing projects on time and on budget.
• Complete drainage calculations for storm sewer design, hydraulic systems, detention ponds, and water quality measures.
• Lead a design team in correcting redlines and plan revisions.
• Research and review ordinances, technical reports, municipal, state, and federal codes to ensure compliance.
• Communicate with city, county, and state entities to ensure all requirements are met.
