Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead technical delivery on civil infrastructure, highways and development projects in Orlando, Florida. The role focuses on safe, compliant designs delivered to high standards and requires collaboration with clients, contractors and consultants.

You will oversee feasibility, design, procurement and construction stages, driving programmes and budgets while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring quality throughout the project

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering required.
• Substantial experience in civil infrastructure or development projects.
• Chartered status is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from concept to completion for civil projects.
• Prepare, review and approve calculations, drawings and reports.
• Develop detailed civil designs per standards and guidance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote quality and teamwork. Attend site visits as needed.
