Job summary

EWI Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major construction projects in Florida from pre-construction through to completion. You will establish objectives, coordinate design and delivery teams, and ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance.

The role requires managing budgets, programmes, risk registers, procurement strategies and reporting to senior stakeholders while leading meetings and resolving complex delivery challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing complex construction projects.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes, contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree or professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering or related discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed programmes, budgets, risk registers and procurement strategies.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide accurate reports, forecasts and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, resolve delivery challenges and manage change control and commercial issues.
