Qualifications

• Experience leading complex engineering projects and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Uses senior-level technical expertise to consider a broad range of engineering solutions.
• Leads planning, work distribution, and adherence to schedule and budget on complex projects.
• Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develops scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
• Oversees completeness and accuracy of the project team's work.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to team members to achieve project objectives.
