Qualifications

• Licensed Texas PE with 8–10 years’ civil engineering experience.
• Experience leading public works design and project management.
• Ability to produce construction plans and reports with accuracy.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Lead Civil Engineer.
• Prepare preliminary engineering reports.
• Research jurisdictional requirements for incorporation into design and construction drawings.
• Prepare proposal/contract and project work plans and schedule.
• Prepare design and construction drawings using AutoCAD and information from research.
• Coordinate client management and marketing efforts for future work.
• Prepare GIS exhibits using ArcGIS.
• conduct site visits and document findings.
• Lead a team of engineers and drafters.
• Initiate and lead kickoff calls with clients and prepare monthly forecasts.
