Huitt-Zollars is seeking a Principal-in-Charge/Vice President for the Dallas or Fort Worth office. The role requires 15+ years of experience and a Texas PE license, with responsibilities spanning business development, staff mentoring, plan production management, and project closeout.

Based in Dallas or Fort Worth, this in-office position emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and delivering high-quality engineering for Federal and Institutional projects.

Formación

• Licensed PE in Texas with 15+ years of experience and 8+ years in PM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• Ability to lead projects, mentor staff, and manage multiple efforts.
• Experience with plan production and construction administration.
• Strong client development and proposal/negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Function as Lead Principal-in-Charge and Senior Project Manager on key projects.
• Identify contacts/clients/opportunities for new work.
• Train/mentor staff and review work for quality assurance.
• Grow the Federal and Institutional group.
• Ensure resources meet scheduling and budget commitments.
• Interface with clients, develop proposals, negotiate scopes and fees, manage billing.
