Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Designer.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated site work and construction technical experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate consultant teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
• Ability to interact with owners and user groups.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil plans for public works infrastructure: roadways, drainage, water and sewer facilities.
• Analyze design and construction systems, planning studies and construction details.
• Conduct site and construction inspections and prepare reports.
• Execute material selections and technical solutions.
• Research, compile, and record information for project work.
