Qualifications

• BSCE.
• Arizona PE license.
• 5-15 years of civil land development design experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and construction drawings.
• Support proposals, scopes and budgets, manage execution and tracking.
• Interface with clients, develop proposals, negotiate scopes and fees.
• Coordinate with EITs, designers and drafters.
• Review shop drawings and perform field observations.
• Ensure project delivery meets client specs, budgets and schedules.
