This role supports remote or hybrid work from Phoenix, Dallas, Denver, or Charlotte/Raleigh, collaborating directly with clients and municipal partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active PE license in any US state.
• Solid experience in civil engineering design across land development, public works, or municipal projects.
• Comfort owning a project from concept to completion.
• Proficiency with standard civil design tools (Civil 3D or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Lead design and technical delivery on land development, public works, and municipal projects from concept to construction.
• Work directly with clients and municipal partners instead of routing everything through management.
• Mentor engineers and help shape SEG's design approach.
• Tackle projects with real variety and avoid repetitive drainage reports.
