Job summary

SEG is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with a PE license to lead design and technical delivery on land development, public works, and municipal projects. This role supports remote or hybrid work from Phoenix, Dallas, Denver, or Charlotte/Raleigh, collaborating directly with clients and municipal partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Lead design and technical delivery on land development, public works, and municipal projects from concept to construction.
• Work directly with clients and municipal partners instead of routing everything through three layers of management.
• Mentor engineers coming up behind you and help shape how SEG designs, not just what it designs.
• Take on projects with real variety — no getting boxed into the same drainage report for the next five years.
