Job summary

Family Office in Austin, TX is seeking a Civil Engineer to own infrastructure design and permitting for large land development projects. The role demands hands-on work with AutoCAD Civil 3D and field inspection, coordinating with county/state agencies and external consultants to move raw land toward entitled, build-ready communities.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering PE license (Texas preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years in active construction or land development.
• Survey experience with standard surveying equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure design and permitting across active development portfolio.
• Prepare and review AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings and plans.
• Coordinate with county/state agencies and external consultants.
• Lead field surveys and data collection on project sites.
• Prepare reports and track permitting milestones; use AI tools as applicable.
