Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our Lindt USA retail team in Maine. You will manage daily store operations, mentor staff, and ensure premium in-store experiences for customers.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, training team members on product knowledge, and enforcing operational controls while maintaining the store's premium brand standards. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background and ability to drive store results.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills for POS and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Sales: ensure store meets or exceeds sales plans and communicate the mission to staff.
• Staff Development: train and develop staff sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Operational Controls: maintain inventory accuracy and comply with QA policies.
