A+ Childcare & Learning is a licensed childcare center seeking LeadTeachers for Two's age group. The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to pass background checks, plus an associate degree or higher. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare developmentally appropriate lesson plans one week in advance using current curriculum guides.
• Implement weekly lesson plans covering all areas of child development and follow classroom schedule.
• Establish professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of each child and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Maintain child assessments and portfolios; conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences in Nov and May.
• Demonstrate physical ability to work around children (sitting, standing, walking, running, stairs).
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Carry out daily classroom responsibilities for child care.

To be QUALIFIED for the Lead Teacher opportunity, we require a high school diploma and the ability to pass all background checks as well as a completed associate degree or higher.

Required Shift:

Available shifts: Monday - Friday;

Our Hiring Process for Lead Teachers:

Main Job Responsibilities for Lead Teachers:

• Prepare lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate one week in advance using current curriculum guides.
• Implement lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development and carryout lesson plans according to classroom schedule/daily routine; Useour parent communication appefficiently.
• Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
• Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs; andmaintaining an organized, clean, safe, and appropriately decorated classroom.
• Maintaina child assessment and portfoliofor each child, as well as conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences during the month of November and May.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing,walking,running,and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
• Carry out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.
