Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and lead classroom management in a child care setting. You will support preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth while ensuring adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication with families to promote child achievement and center success, with opportunities for ongoing training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
