Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to develop engaging learning experiences and mentor other teachers in a caring preschool environment. You will promote growth across social, physical, and intellectual development while ensuring adherence to licensing guidelines and center standards.

Ideal candidates bring experience leading classrooms and planning lessons, with a focus on fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating setting for young learners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards.
