Job summary

The Children's Courtyard in Wilmington, NC is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will promote the growth of preschool children and lead curriculum implementation, while ensuring licensing guidelines and center standards are met.

You will build strong relationships with families and contribute to a positive, supportive classroom environment that helps children become lifelong learners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
