Responsibilities

• Provide lead-level guidance on complex cases and operational processes.
• Train, coach, and mentor Child Support staff; identify training needs for the department.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage a larger or more complex caseload and support staff performance development.
