Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or equivalent.
• Proficient in typing and data processing equipment.
• Knowledge of investigative methods, laws, case preparation, and interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Collects information and determines actions for court orders (e.g., arrears, payment plans, liens).
• Establishes paternity and medical support orders; modifies orders as needed.
• Uses internal systems to retrieve research data and enter case updates.
