Job summary

Southeastern Integrated Care LLC is seeking a Lead Child Residential Care Specialist for 2nd or 3rd shift in Lumberton, NC. The role oversees daily residential operations, care, and staff coordination to support treatment goals.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality of care for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with adolescents (12-17) with emotional and behavioral needs.
• High school diploma or GED required; degrees preferred.
• Ability to respond effectively in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations of the residential program, activities and care.
• Coordinate care, staffing patterns, budgets, and environments supporting the treatment philosophy.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care for children and families.
• Develop treatment goals with the treatment team and attend meetings.
• Contribute to development and implementation of treatment plans and progress summaries.
• Ensure youth needs for special services are addressed with the Treatment Team.
• Transport clients in agency vehicles and assist in staff training.
