Job summary

Southeastern Integrated Care Llc in Siler City, NC is seeking a Lead Child Residential Care Specialist for 1st and 3rd shifts. You will oversee daily shift operations, coordinate care with the treatment team, and support budgets and environments that align with our treatment philosophy.

You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care possible for the children and families in our care.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience with adolescents (12–17) with complex emotional/behavioral needs.
• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred in Human Services.
• Ability to cope with high-stress environments and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations of the residential program, activities, and care.
• Coordinate care planning with the licensed clinician and treatment team.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, progress summaries, and assessments.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation for the unit.
• Ensure crisis management plans are in place for each client.
• Lead 1st and 3rd shift staff, schedule, and task assignments.
• Transport clients using agency vehicles and maintain client visits.
• Maintain safe, therapeutic environment and document behaviors.
