Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer medications with MAR documentation.
• Coordinate with pharmacies for prescriptions and MARs.
• Record vital signs and monitor health status.
• Engage clients in functional and psychosocial activities.
• Provide psychoeducation and recovery-oriented interventions.
• Assist with PCP/service plan and Medicaid processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Work 24/7 coverage with varied shifts.
