Responsibilities

• Audit Operations – Ensure operating personnel are capable, productive and compliant with OSHA/EPA.
• Project Management – define projects, plan scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives.
• Capital Planning – prepare annual capital plan for building systems and related assets.
• Utility Management – monitor energy usage and seek cost-efficient improvements.
• Staffing – contribute to staffing recommendations for operations positions.
• After Hours Coverage – ensure technical coverage after hours.
• Maintenance – oversee PM programs and reliability targets.
• Tenant Relations – respond to tenant requests promptly.
• Safety – ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
