Job summary

Chess Wizards, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher Trainer to lead interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students across metropolitan schools.

You will also assist in training and coaching other instructors and coordinate with the Area Manager for program quality. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience working with groups of children, and must be available after school most days; travel and mileage are reimbursed for qualifying trips.

Qualifications

• Consistently deliver engaging, age-appropriate chess lessons to groups of children.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students.
• Coach and mentor fellow instructors and support staff.
