Job summary

Chess Wizards, Inc. seeks a Lead Teacher Trainer to guide and coach our instructors in East Lansdowne, PA.

You will lead engaging after-school chess classes for 10–15 students, train other instructors, and help ensure top-quality experiences for kids, parents, schools, and colleagues. The role requires 2–3 years of work with groups of children, reliable transportation, and availability four days a week (ideally five during peak weeks).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with groups of children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, camp counseling, or similar).
• Ability to lead engaging, interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students.
• Must be available during after school hours at least 4 days per week (ideally 5).

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, interactive chess classes for 10–15 students.
• Train, coach, and evaluate instructors.
• Assist Area Manager with coaching, site visits, and customer communications.
