Job summary

Elior North America, via Corporate Chefs, is seeking an experienced chef manager to join the Concord, MA team. You will ensure top-level customer service and lead a busy on-site kitchen while managing purchasing, training, and administrative tasks.

The role focuses on leading from scratch cooking, menu design, and staff development in a corporate-dining setting. On-site, full-time position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of prior experience leading in a kitchen focused on cooking from scratch.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and schedules of others.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• ServSafe and/or HACCP certification

Responsibilities

• Ensuring customer service needs are met at the highest standards.
• Being the main culinarian in a busy retail environment.
• Purchasing food, handling staff safety trainings, and being in charge of unit administrative tasks.
• Assisting in the designing of menus.
• Helping to hire and train new staff and attending training sessions and meetings when required.
