Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary leadership in high-volume settings.
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines and techniques.
• Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute a menu designed by Kalahari corporate.
• Oversee kitchen operations, cleanliness, consistency, and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor culinary staff from prep cooks to sous chefs.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Deliver memorable tableside presentations like Prime Rib Carving and Baked Alaska.
• Collaborate with leadership for seamless front- and back-of-house experiences.
