Responsibilities

• Secure and disposition checks received by DTO accurately and timely.
• Print, reconcile, and ensure correct remittance information for checks.
• Ensure timely delivery of tax payments to agencies.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and postage operations.
• Hires, trains, and coaches staff; conducts performance reviews.
• Maintain client relations and monitor team performance against SLAs.
• Escalate issues promptly to resolve client concerns.
