Job summary

Proctor Loan Protector is seeking a Check Resolution Associate to manage refunds and returned checks for escrow, coordinating with outsourcing clients. You will sort and mail checks, and support daily production reporting to management.

Key responsibilities include auditing processes, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timely delivery of payments while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel formulas/macros preferred.
• Ability to work holidays and overtime as required.
• Be proficient with MS Excel formulas and macros.
• Preferred: High school, some college.

Responsibilities

• Track all incoming refund checks and returned checks for escrow for outsourcing clients.
• Sort checks for processing within Disbursements and Reconciliation Department.
• Mail checks to the client, carrier or borrower.
• Send daily production reports to management team.
• Perform internal audits to ensure accuracy of work.
