The candidate should have a bachelor's degree with a DPT/DOT preferred, plus 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab and certification in hand therapy. Collaboration with hand surgeons and therapists is essential, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• DPT or DOT preferred; OT/PT program graduate acceptable.
• Graduate of an accredited OT/PT program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish care plans.
• Provide hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehab interventions.
• Document therapy services delivered.
• Directs and supervises OT assistants, students, and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and educate on custom orthoses and splints.
