Good Samaritan in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a Nutrition Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department in a 46-room facility offering long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation. You will oversee diet and menu planning, monitor the dispensing and distribution of food, and support quality and budgeting efforts.

Qualifications

• Advanced education preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience required in the area of hire.
• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification or a registered dietitian preferred. If necessary, acquire Serv Safe certification within a year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department.
• Oversees diet and menu planning.
• Monitors the dispensing and distribution of food and other related supplies.
• Supports budgeting and staffing processes across the unit.
