Signature Health Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Pharmacy Central Services to lead centralized pharmacy operations, drive 340B program compliance, and expand services across locations.

Qualifications

• Valid unencumbered Ohio-licensed Pharmacist (RPh).
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; graduate degree preferred (MS/MBA/ PharmD).
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/administrative experience.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills: Windows, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of centralized Pharmacy teams and ensure quality outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members; manage performance and annual reviews.
• Provide coverage as needed and serve as escalation point for complex queries.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and governing bodies (Ohio Board of Pharmacy, 340B).
• Monitor records for drug control and regulatory requirements; support cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead meetings, staff development, and cross-team collaboration to improve patient care.
