Job summary
Signature Health in Ohio seeks an Associate Director of Pharmacy Central Services to oversee centralized operations, inventory, and software systems. Reporting to the Chief Pharmacy Officer, you will lead teams across multiple locations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency to improve patient outcomes.
This senior role requires an Ohio Pharmacist license, 5+ years in clinical pharmacy, 3+ years in supervision, and strong collaboration with leadership.
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio pharmacist license required.
- BS in Pharmacy; graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in clinical pharmacy.
- Minimum 3 years as supervisor/administrator.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Proficient with basic computer skills (Windows, Office).
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of centralized Pharmacy teams.
- Coach staff and conduct annual performance reviews.
- Provide Pharmacist coverage when needed.
- Ensure licensure and 340B compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate to optimize workflows and inventory control.
- Lead meetings and drive process improvements.
