Signature Health is seeking an Associate Director, Pharmacy Central Services (Finance) to lead centralized pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving workflow optimization across locations.

The role requires a pharmacist license in Ohio, clinical experience, and supervisory expertise. Expect a collaborative leadership environment with a focus on patient care and program expansion.

Qualifications

• Valid unencumbered RPh license in Ohio.
• BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited university; MS/MBA/PharmD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/administrative experience.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong computer skills: Windows, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of centralized Pharmacy teams.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for staff.
• Ensure coverage and perform pharmacist duties as needed.
• Develop metrics to measure quality and drive improvement.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and regulatory bodies (e.g., 340B).
• Monitor drug records to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Collaborate to optimize inventory and cost-saving measures.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate training to improve patient care.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

Graduate degree (MS, MBA, PharmD) preferred
