Job summary

JobRx, Inc. seeks a Director of Centralized Pharmacy Services to lead multiple service lines and optimize operations for ambulatory care in Orlando. You will drive strategy, automation, and cost containment across mail-order, central fill, home delivery, and 340B programs.

You will manage a cross-functional team of pharmacists, technicians, and managers, ensuring compliant, high-quality care while partnering with IT, procurement, and revenue cycle teams. Florida licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of health system pharmacy or 3 years in technology/centralized services.
• Experience leading a team and managing operations.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Florida preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized pharmacy operations to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee automation technologies and EPIC configuration for CPSC.
• Manage a team of up to 25 and staff development.
• Direct ambulatory drug purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Develop SOPs and KPIs for fill accuracy and turnaround time.
• Coordinate with IT, RCM, and procurement on service impact.
