Napa Valley Care Center in Napa, CA is seeking a certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead the dietary department and ensure residents receive nutritious, physician-ordered meals in a supportive environment. You will recruit and supervise staff, manage inventory and budgets, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with the Registered Dietitian to implement therapeutic diets.

Qualifikationen

• Current CDM certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of food service management, sanitation, and dietary regulations.
• Previous supervisory experience in dietary, food service, or nutrition services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
