Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dietary operations, including food preparation and service.
• Ensure meals meet physician-ordered diets and resident nutritional needs.
• Supervise, train, and support dietary staff.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage food and supply ordering, inventory, and budget controls.
• Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and adjust services as needed.
• Ensure kitchen and storage areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
