Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the dietary department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Supervise dietary staff, providing guidance, training and mentoring for quality of care and customer service.
• Develop and implement menus that are nutritious and appealing, considering dietary restrictions and patient preferences.
• Manage food inventory, ordering and receiving supplies, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
