Job summary

PACS Group operates Sonoma Post Acute in Sonoma, CA, and is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to oversee daily dietary operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the dietary team in a resident-centered setting.

You will collaborate with the dietitian and nursing staff, manage budgets and inventories, monitor menu quality, and drive safety and resident satisfaction. Salary ranges $70,000-$90,000, full-time benefits included.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
• Strong knowledge of dietary operations, food safety, and long-term care regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dietary Services department
• Supervise, train, schedule, and support dietary staff
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on resident satisfaction and quality service
