Formación

• Minimum of 3 years managing a Casualty Claims team.
• Experience as a Litigation, Senior Casualty, Hybrid, or Casualty Adjuster.
• Ability to lead teams effectively with strong mentoring skills.

• Direct and manage a team of 4 to 8 Casualty Claims Adjusters.
• Guide the claims handling process from assignment to resolution.
• Establish best practices for customer service and claim disposition.
