GoAuto Insurance is hiring a claims associate in Texas to start a rewarding career with a growing team. You will receive in-depth training on property damage and insurance contracts, plus coaching to confidently adjust claims.

We look for candidates with customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication. Bachelor's degree is preferred and 2 years of relevant experience valued.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.

Responsabilités

• Determine coverage and liability.
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other carriers to resolve claims.
• Document activities in claim file notes clearly and concisely.
